The Specifics

The coaching consists of a series of regular scheduled sessions per month, in conjunction with unlimited communication as needed between meetings. The coaching relationship is designed and customized to the particular needs of the client, and provides ongoing accountability and support throughout the month. A minimum commitment of 3-6 months is encouraged.
